About TVSLine
Who we are, what the subscription includes, and how support and refunds work.
TVSLine is an IPTV subscription service for viewers in Canada. We sell access to a streaming line-up — live channels, movies and series delivered over the internet — and we handle activation, setup help and day-to-day support in English and French.
What we do
- Activation. You receive M3U or Xtream credentials, usually within minutes during business hours.
- Setup. We walk you through installing an IPTV app on your Fire Stick, smart TV, Android box, phone or computer.
- Support. Questions about playback, a channel that stopped working, or switching devices go to the same team, by WhatsApp or email.
- A trial first. We would rather you test the service for 24 hours than pay for a year and find out it does not fit your setup.
What we are not
We are a reseller of an IPTV service: we do not produce the channels ourselves and we are not affiliated with the broadcasters whose names appear in any channel list. Availability of a given channel can change without notice. If you need a specific channel, ask us before subscribing and test it during the trial.

Plans cover one to three simultaneous devices. You can pay for one, three, six or twelve months; there is no automatic renewal contract and no equipment to return.
Support and refunds
Write to support@tvsline.org or through the contact page. If the service does not work on your side and we cannot fix it, tell us within the first days of the subscription and we will sort it out with you — that is what the trial is designed to prevent.
